At Blueair Air Care, we stand behind the quality of our air purification systems and offer a 60-day risk-free trial to ensure your home environment is perfectly clear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward return process for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 60 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Product

  Place the air purifier and any included accessories back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
