If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward return process for a full refund of the purchase price.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 60 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Pack Your Product
Place the air purifier and any included accessories back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location at your convenience.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
